Fitness One Salem organized a Grand Trek to cheer up and motivate client participation. Chief Guest was Mr.Vivek Anand District Chess association president and Guest of Honor was Mr.Kandasamy District forest officer.
Mr.Vivek Anand waved the flag for 196 members who had participated and Success fully ended to top of hills of Yercaud (8 km of trek).
This experience made our clients realize their stamina level, confidence level, endurance level.
